Scholarship

2022 Scholarship Opportunity  The Greater Kent Historical Society is offering two scholarships of $2000.00 each for qualifying seniors from any Kent High School or qualifying seniors with a Kent mailing address.  The Greater Kent Historical Society scholarship will be awarded to a student in history and/or related social studies area, with an emphasis on local history and/or importance of local history.  The second scholarship is the William and Pauline Scott Memorial Scholarship. This opportunity was created through the generosity of community members of Kent.  This scholarship will be awarded to a student who believes in the value and contribution of the entrepreneurial spirit, family-owned businesses and demonstrates a commitment to community service.  If you have any problems with the link below, please contact the museum at 253-854-4330 and we will assist you in getting an application.
